MATT HARRIS
Matt Harris graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors degree, and from the Eastman School of Music with a Masters degree in Jazz composition. Matt moved to Los Angeles after touring with jazz greats Maynard Ferguson and Buddy Rich. ARMANDO COMPEAN
The Texas-born, Houston-raised Armando Compean was exposed to classical, jazz and latin music at an early age by his violinist/bassist father. Backing such artists as Bobby blue Bland, Albert Collins, Arnett Cobb and Johnny Copeland, to name a few, Armando has a clear understanding of blues and jazz roots and is able and willing to blend the two with natural conviction. He is also an accomplished singer and leads his own blues/R&B band, Texas Brown.

LEE SPATH
A native of Los Angeles, Lee Spath was exposed to drums, big band music and jazz by his father who was also a drummer. After majoring in music at Cal State Northridge, his interest in jazz and different styles of music took hold, leading to a varied list of credits including Thelma Houston, Della Reese, Bobby Bryant, Randy Crawford and Maria Muldaur. His many recording credits include Robert Cray's Grammy-winning, platinum selling Strong Persuader album. Along with MALT and his freelance work, Lee is currently performing and recording with the legendary BB Chung King and the Buddaheads.
